Maintenance Plans That Actually Happen on Schedule

Every plan we offer is built around the same promise: the maintenance actually gets done. Members get visits on a predictable schedule — furnace before winter, AC before summer, filters swapped on their cycle, humidifier serviced before the dry season — and a documented service history that makes every future diagnosis faster and any warranty conversation simpler. The written agreement you sign lists exactly what your plan includes; that document governs, and we keep faith with it.

What membership isn't: a discount club, a queue-jumping pass, or a cage around fine print. Plan value is the scheduled maintenance itself — the manufacturer-aligned service that keeps equipment efficient, catches small failures before they're weekend emergencies, and gives you a technician who knows your system's history because it's written down. The plans below are the actual lineup; terms and scheduling details are confirmed in writing when you sign up.

The Membership, Concretely

  • Visits on a schedule

Seasonal tune-ups arranged in advance — the plan happens, instead of you remembering to book it.

  • A documented history

Every visit's readings and findings recorded — your system's story, useful for you and for warranty claims.

  • Safety checks every visit

Combustion, CO screening, electrical, and venting checked each tune-up — the quiet reason maintenance matters.

  • Flat-rate always

Members and non-members alike get one-page flat-rate quotes — nothing about membership inflates a repair.

Which Plan Fits Which Home

The five plans below are the actual lineup — the anchors explain the thinking.

What Plans Have in Common

  • Visits scheduled in advance — a calendar, not a suggestion
  • Manufacturer-aligned tune-up procedures for the covered equipment
  • Combustion, carbon-monoxide, and electrical safety checks at each visit
  • Documented readings and findings after every visit
  • A service history on file — faster diagnosis, simpler warranty claims
  • Flat-rate quotes for anything the tune-up uncovers, before any work
  • Terms and inclusions confirmed in the written agreement you sign
  • Booking by phone or online, same channels as everyone else

From Sign-Up to Service History

  1. Pick the plan

Match the plan to the equipment you actually own — the lineup below, or ask and we'll match it with you.

  2. Sign the agreement

The written agreement lists your plan's inclusions, visit count, and terms — that document governs.

  3. Visits happen

We schedule each visit for its season and confirm ahead — you don't manage the calendar, we do.

  4. History accumulates

Every reading and finding filed — the record that makes year-four diagnosis fast and warranty claims clean.

Five Plans, Matched to Real Equipment

These are the actual plans we offer — visits per year and what each covers, from the agreements themselves.

  • Monthly Maintenance Plan (Furnace & AC)

The whole-system plan: both units get their seasonal tune-up — furnace before winter, AC before summer — two service visits per year under one agreement.

Best for: homes with a gas furnace and central AC

  • AC Monthly Plan

Cooling-only coverage: the air conditioner serviced each year before its season, one tune-up visit per year.

Best for: homes whose heating is handled separately

  • Furnace Monthly Plan

Heating-only coverage: the furnace tuned and safety-checked before each winter, one tune-up visit per year.

Best for: homes with cooling covered elsewhere

  • Four Inch Filter Replacements

Media filter changes on schedule — two visits per year with properly sized four-inch filters fitted, no ladder-climbing or guessing required.

Best for: homes with four-inch media cabinets

  • Steam Humidifier Maintenance (Includes Steam Canister)

The steam humidifier's annual service — mineral-scale management with the steam canister replaced as part of the visit, once per year.

Best for: homes with steam humidifiers

Plans are built around real visits — the furnace before its first cold snap, the AC before the first heat wave.

How Membership Pricing Works

We don't publish plan prices on the website — the agreement you sign lists them, in writing, before you commit.

  • Plan scope sets the number

Plans covering more equipment and more visits cost more than single-system plans — the agreement shows yours.

  • Everything else stays flat-rate

Membership doesn't change how repairs are quoted — one-page flat-rate, for members and everyone else.

  • Incentives, when real

Manufacturer or utility incentives that apply to your plan appear as verified lines on your paperwork — never vague promises.

Plan pricing is provided in the written agreement before you sign — this page publishes no prices and makes no percentage-off promises. What membership includes is the scheduled maintenance described in the plan lineup above; anything beyond the plan's scope is quoted flat-rate, separately, before any work begins. The signed agreement is the governing document for every plan term.

How Membership Runs

  1. Ask & match

Call or note it on a visit — we match the plan to your actual equipment and confirm details in writing.

  2. First visit scheduled

Your first seasonal tune-up goes on the calendar right away, ahead of the season that tests that equipment.

  3. The tune-ups happen

Each visit: the manufacturer's procedure, safety checks, readings taken, findings explained before we leave.

  4. The record builds

Visit by visit, the history accumulates — the quiet asset that pays off at every future diagnosis or claim.

Why Schedules Slip Here Specifically

Utah is hard on maintenance calendars: a furnace that ran fine in March meets a November cold snap nobody scheduled, hard water scales humidifier canisters faster than milder climates, and summer dust loads mean filters that would last a season elsewhere don't here. The region's homes that age well share one habit — the tune-ups happened before the seasons that tested the equipment, every year, without drama. Membership exists to make that habit automatic: the calendar is ours to manage, the safety checks recur whether or not anything seemed wrong, and the history builds in a file instead of in your memory.

  • Furnace tune-ups land before heating season; AC before cooling season
  • Hard water is why the steam-humidifier plan includes the canister
  • Filter plans run on your system's actual cycle — usually more often than you'd guess locally

The Details, In the Open

The anchors for the questions above — and the fine print, stated plainly.

Choosing Between the Plans

Match the plan to the equipment, not the ambition: most Wasatch Front homes with a gas furnace and central AC fit the full Furnace & AC plan's two seasonal visits. Cooling handled by a different arrangement (or a home that's all heating) fits the single-system plans. The honest test is what you own — paying for coverage on equipment you don't have is where maintenance plans get their bad reputation, and we'd rather sell you the smaller plan than an awkward one. If you're not sure which fits, ask; matching it correctly takes one conversation.

Why a Filter Plan Exists

Filters are the cheapest component in the system and the cause of an outsized share of its failures — restricted airflow from an overdue filter shows up as weak rooms, ice on coils, high limit trips, and shortened blower life. Four-inch media filters last longer than one-inch filters but still need changes on a cycle, and locally, dust loads argue for diligence. The plan puts that cycle on us: properly sized filters, fitted on schedule, twice a year. It's the smallest plan we offer and, for some homes, the highest-value one.

Steam Humidifier Service & the Canister

Steam humidifiers boil water to make vapor, and Utah's hard water leaves the mineral record behind in the canister — scale builds until output falls and the unit works harder for less. The plan's annual service manages that scale and replaces the steam canister as part of the visit, which is the consumable that keeps steam humidifiers actually steaming. It's included in the plan rather than billed separately because the canister is the maintenance: a steam unit serviced without it is a unit half-serviced.

Asked Before Signing

Do members get discounts on repairs?
Our quotes are flat-rate for everyone — members and non-members alike see the same one-page pricing for the same repair. What membership changes is the maintenance: visits that actually happen on schedule, documented history, and early catches that mean fewer repairs to quote in the first place. If your specific plan agreement carries any additional terms, they're written in the document you sign — that agreement governs, and we keep faith with exactly what it says rather than with marketing percentages.
Do members get priority scheduling?
Members' visits are scheduled in advance — that's the membership working as designed. For unexpected breakdowns, everyone reaches us the same way, by phone or the booking page, and we work the schedule as fast as we honestly can. We don't advertise queue-jumping promises because we can't control the day a furnace fails for everyone in the county at once — usually the first cold snap. What we can promise: honest scheduling, and maintenance that prevents a real share of those breakdowns from happening at all.
Can I cancel my plan?
The cancellation terms are in the written agreement you sign, and that document is the honest answer — we don't bury terms behind a phone call. What we can say here: plans run as written agreements, not open-ended commitments with surprises, and everything about term, renewal, and cancellation is printed for you to read before you sign. If you're evaluating us against another company's plan, comparing the actual agreement documents is the only comparison worth doing — happy to send ours.
What happens during a tune-up visit?
The manufacturer's maintenance procedure for your equipment, plus the safety checks: combustion and carbon-monoxide screening on gas appliances, electrical checks, venting verification, condensate care, and performance readings — temperatures, pressures, airflow indicators. The technician explains findings before leaving and every reading goes in your file, building the history that makes future service faster. It typically takes under an hour; scheduling runs ahead of each season so the furnace is checked before it matters and the AC before its first heat wave.
Is a maintenance plan worth it?
For most equipment, yes — with honest reasoning rather than a sales pitch. Manufacturers condition warranties on documented maintenance; safety checks (combustion, CO, venting) recur whether or not anything seemed wrong; and small failures caught during a tune-up are cheap ones by definition. The plan's value over one-off tune-ups is consistency: the visit happens because the calendar says so, not because a busy season made you forget. If your equipment is new and warranty-conditioned, or mid-life and un-serviced, both are good moments to start.
How do I sign up?
Ask on any visit — the technician can confirm which plan matches your equipment — or call the office and we'll walk the lineup with you. You'll receive the written agreement listing your plan's inclusions, visits per year, and terms; sign it and the first seasonal visit goes on the calendar immediately, timed ahead of the season that tests that equipment. Everything you're agreeing to is on that document, and everything on it is what we do. No prices on this page by design — the agreement is where your plan's terms are confirmed.
