Using this site
This website is provided by CMB HVAC LLC for information about our heating, cooling, and plumbing services. You may use it to learn about our work, contact us, and request service. You may not misuse the site, attempt to break into it, or scrape it in ways that harm its availability.
Estimates, quotes, and pricing
Prices and promotions shown on this site are illustrative and may change. Written estimates that we prepare for your home are valid for the period stated on the estimate. Work is performed at the fixed price on an approved estimate except for scope changes you approve in advance.
Appointments and access
When you schedule service, please provide safe access to the equipment and to any pets secured. Arrival windows are estimates; we will text or call ahead if a technician is running behind. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a trip fee.
Warranties
New equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, and our workmanship is warranted for the period stated on your invoice. Warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship; they do not cover misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or damage from events like floods or surges.
Membership program
Maintenance Membership benefits (including bi-annual check-ups, priority scheduling, and discounts) apply to the equipment listed on the membership agreement while the membership is active. Benefits have no cash value and are non-transferable unless we agree in writing.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Utah law, CMB HVAC LLC's liability arising from services performed is limited to the amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer-protection law.
