Furnace, air conditioner or heat pump, ducts, and controls work as one machine. Our whole-system projects start with a Manual J load calculation and end with commissioning numbers you can see — designed together, installed together, proven together.

What's the easiest way to purchase a new heating and cooling system? We'll walk you through everything in 30 minutes. Here is what you can expect during your in-home visit:

    Upon arrival, we'll begin thoroughly examining your units and ductwork.

    We'll perform load calculations to determine correct sizing.

    We'll present multiple options for a new system at a fixed price.

  5. No-Pressure Decision

    Take the written quote home if you like — nothing is ordered or charged until you approve it.

At CMB HVAC, we understand that installing or replacing an HVAC system can be a significant investment. We've compiled answers to the most commonly asked questions to help you make informed decisions.

Do you offer financing?
Payment at CMB is straightforward: we accept all major credit cards, and no payment is required to book the visit. For larger projects, the written quote is where payment options get confirmed against current programs — and any utility or manufacturer incentive that applies to your project appears as its own verified line. We don't advertise vague percentage-off payment plans; the numbers you sign are the numbers you pay.
Do you offer weekend appointments?
Yes — online booking works around your schedule, and our customer hours cover both: Monday through Friday 7 AM to 6 PM, Saturday and Sunday 8 AM to noon. Book online any time and you'll pick the slot that fits; call us during those hours and we'll schedule with you directly.
How fast can I have a new system installed?
Like-for-like replacements are usually installed within days of the in-home measurement, and most finish in a single day. Honest caveat: the first countywide cold snap and the first heat wave each generate more calls in a week than some months see — during those rushes the realistic answer is a bit longer, for us and for everyone. Booking early in the season is the one trick that always works.
Are permits and inspection fees included?
Permits and inspection fees may be required depending on your location and are not included on the estimate. Each town and county is a little different — simply ask your comfort designer which permits are required so they can add them to your package.
Do you offer any other brands than the equipment listed?
