What we collect
When you contact CMB HVAC LLC by phone, email, or our online booking page, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, and service address, plus details about the equipment or service you need. Our website itself does not run advertising trackers and does not sell your information.
How we use it
We use your information to schedule and perform service, to provide estimates and warranties, to order equipment on your behalf, and to follow up about work we performed. If you join our Maintenance Membership, we also use it to schedule your bi-annual check-ups and member benefits.
Third-party services
Online booking is handled by Housecall Pro, and payments processed on our behalf follow their security and privacy practices. Our site may load analytics from Google (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used; those tools set their own cookies governed by Google's policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, but we choose them carefully.
Texts and calls
If you text or call us, standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. We keep service-related messages so our technicians and office staff have the context they need to help you.
Retention and your choices
We keep service records for as long as they are useful for warranties, permits, and accounting — typically several years. You can ask us at any time to correct or delete the contact information we hold, subject to record-keeping we are required to keep. Email team@cmbhvac.com or call (385) 865-6749 to make a request.
